Building and Property Maintenance
  • Provide ongoing property and building system maintenance and repair
  • Work in carpentry, masonry, plumbing, roofing, and electrical areas using professional industry grade power tools and equipment
  • Use professional techniques in construction renovation 

The Building and Property Maintenance program offers training in the basics for many construction trade careers. Students develop skills in structure remodeling, repair and maintenance. These skills are continually practiced through project-based training. Skills for success will include basic carpentry, masonry, concrete finishing, roofing, electrical wiring, plumbing, welding, painting, drywall installing, and tile application. Students from this program have numerous placement opportunities within the trade areas.
